Build systems. Optimize workflows. Push back on briefs. So far: over $200K in tracked revenue and counting, work adopted across multiple product divisions, a workflow that cuts production time 40 to 50%. What that's actually looked like, below.

scalable Sales platform
THOMSON REUTERS
Thomson Reuters wanted an interactive PDF sales deck. The real problem was old pitch decks generally, static, out of date fast, no analytics on who was actually engaging. I proposed a gated microsite instead, one shared site their sales teams could reuse meeting after meeting, that tracked engagement and shaped the follow up by buyer type. As more teams started coming to us wanting the same thing, I started systemizing it into a module library, which is what eventually cut launch time and cost by more than 50% for every team after the first.

scalable system powered by AI
safetyWing
SafetyWing sells health insurance and benefits for remote workers and distributed teams. Their Future of Work Index, a country by country legal and tax tool, needed to feel like a real product, not a spreadsheet with a mascot bolted on. I directed three teams and built it to scale from day one. An AI generation and character team gave Alberon, the index's albatross mascot, a full turnaround, a real backstory, and a Brand Model Plugin for Figma, so SafetyWing now generates its own on brand illustrations as new countries get added, no design request needed. A 3D creative built the rotating globe in Spline. I drove the UX/UI myself, engaging and fun without drifting off brand. The real challenge underneath it all, running AI generated art, animation, and interaction on a CMS built to scale without breaking.

YouVersion
YouVersion already runs three apps, Bible App, Bible App Lite, and Bible App for Kids, plus a wide range of partnerships, programs, and live events. What they needed from me wasn't a fourth app, it was a full website redesign. I used an AI accelerated workflow to move fast without cutting craft: real components, considered color and gradient work, careful image treatment, typography built to hold up at scale, negative space used deliberately instead of a crowded screen. Along the way, I pushed both YouVersion's brand and the workflow itself forward. We shipped 70+ localized pages in 20 weeks.

design system at scale
Forter
Forter is a fraud and trust platform. They needed a full website redesign and weren't sure what a starting design foundation should even look like, a blank UI kit, maybe, was as far as their own brief got. I took a step back first, audited the brand, color palette accessibility, the existing site, then proposed a design system at scale instead of a library. Variant, token and component structure. Built in Figma, shipped in Webflow.
