For SecurityScorecard's launch at RSA Conference, I led the team that built H.E.I.D., an original AI generated comic book, printed and handed out on the show floor, not a QR code to a PDF. 500+ unique images, 84.7% less design time, 100% brand consistency held across every panel.

WHY A COMIC BOOK
A DIFFERENTIATOR,
NOT A REQUEST
SecurityScorecard built its name on cybersecurity ratings, a report card for how exposed a company's security really is. After acquiring LIFARS and expanding into risk management, board reporting, and cyber insurance, they needed the industry to see them as more than a ratings company, and RSA Conference was the moment to make that case. The idea came from inside the company: an executive who loved comics wanted a printed giveaway that felt like nothing else on the floor. I turned that into a story, eight worlds, each a different piece of what SecurityScorecard actually does, heroic characters standing in for the services, villains standing in for the threats they catch. Before any image got generated, I mapped the full story arc and panel flow start to finish. Built with six tools acting as one pipeline: ChatGPT for concept and prompting, Scenario AI to keep faces and proportions consistent, Midjourney for brand color, Magnific AI for detail, Photoshop for final QC, Figma for production. 500+ images, 84.7% less design time.

What I led
I was creative lead: the concept, the framing, the characters, every conversation with SecurityScorecard along the way. I sat inside the AI generation itself, picking prompts, choosing which outputs moved forward, sending the rest back. Every panel got checked against SecurityScorecard's real brand palette before it shipped, that's where the 100% brand consistency came from. I did the final image edits myself, nothing went out the door that I hadn't touched last. Printed and handed out as a leave-behind at RSA Conference 2024, a physical object attendees walked away with, not a link.
